Can anyone tell me the best craft shows to go to in France, Germany and Holland?

I am looking at travelling around europe and i was just wondering what the best craft shows in France, Germany and Holland are?
If anyone knows could they drop me a line.

Don't know about actual craft fairs,but every year, in early August, Lorient in Brittany hosts the Interceltic festival, which is 10 days of terrific fun and music.

Along with this there are a multitude of craft stalls, all over the town, with a huge variety of different products. A lot of them of course have a celtic theme, but there is enough of everything else to provide some interest for everybody.
