I worked out it took about 20 hours actual beading, St Petersburg weave lariat - 52" long including fringe! :mf:

That's a bit impressive. If I'd had to estimate I'd have guessed at a lot more than 20 hours - but then I'm not a beader so what do I know?

Coicidentally, Ive actually made an effort to start wearing jewellery again...what with me making jewellery n all, thought it would be appropriate.

Well worth every minute you have put into that. I've done a little in the past, but nothing can compare to the work of arts created by the people on here.

They are wonderful, I don't have the patience to work with those tiny beads, I did try it a few times but couldn't get the thread tight enough and everything sagged.
