I found a wonderful apron on Etsy - http://www.etsy.com/listing/51777414/baskin-robbins-ice-cream-shop-car-hop?ref=v1_other_2

I've been trawling through patterns and cant for the life of me find a pattern similar to that apron! Arg!

Anyone seen a pattern similar to the apron in the link??

Thanks in advance!

Haha. When I saw 1950's I immediately thought of the old wrap around ones. Couldn't be more different. Sorry can't help but it shouldn't be difficult. You need a pattern for a circular skirt and cut it down, The bib and sash would be quite simple.

Oh my, they are GORGEOUS! I'd love one like that for when I do my cake stalls. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread in case anyone finds a pattern!

Just editing to say that obviously I wear a bit more than a bikini when I'm doing a stall, lol

Have you tried a search on ebay? There are LOADS of patterns, including some vintage?

This is probably too late but it might help someone else.

Simplicity 2592 looks very similar, it has a version with a ruffle skirt made from circular cut pieces. It is a copy of a vintage design I think.

If you look on the xxxxxxxxxxx web site you can view the pattern envelope details as a PDF.
