It may have taken 8 and a half hours but I finally feel like Ive had a productive day.
I adapted 3 bracelets which I thought id have to abandon, and Ive found a charm i needed to start a new project.
Now all I need is an amazing dinner, with a nice sticky pudding and maybe even a little tipple and my day will be complete.
Anybody else feeling goood?
Yes and no.
I've got a shop order for 10 x buntings which is great - but I am bored now of sewing triangles !!

How ironical, bunting is for celebrations, yet it is making you unhappy.
Hope you whizz through it and feel happier.
Doesn't make me unhappy - just  boooooooooored! Still at least I'm not boooooooooooored in an office
My day didn't get off to a good start though - went for a bikini wax this morning and got a huge bruise because I doubled up! Yoooooooowch! It still smarts now! :o

....not feeling mentally alert today.
Had a lovely morning though, thanks to Mum. Shame she's gone home now.
I've spent money but not in a 'me' sort of way...paid for Hall deposits etc. I did buy some fabric from eBay though, pretty FQ's.
I've drawn a triangle to use as a bunting pattern. But that's as far as I've got...spent an hour on the phone talking to a lovely girl about booking at Sudeley. Hopefully both her & her sister are coming. Her sister is boking a campsite near Sudeley, and I might look into it too. We like camping, and it would be a great opportunity for a little break.
Not masochistic enough for this waxing lark, but I never have to worry about bikini lines cos it all fell out when I was pregnant and didn't grow back, and a razor is my preferred method for legs & oxters.
WELL DONE KATE!!!! what a fantastic amount of sales! That's really wonderful. Long may it continue.....
I'm hoping to get around to lining some vintage shopping baskets tomorrow.

Well, I made a fleece buggy liner which I sold on Ebay yesterday so that's good and I've got someone who wants two buggy liners for her twins so I'm really happy - I'm glad I went down the buggy liner route, they seem to be going well so far :mf:
... now that I've inadvertantly gone "public" (or should that be "pubic"?!) about my waxing disaster yesterday - my armpits have had a total allergic reaction and are red and very itchy this morning. Smooth as a babies bum though!

Ive just made a piratey necklace out of some beads i bought and thought Id never use, but I have managed to turn it into somethig I will allow my name to be put to.Not fantastic but Im sure itl appeal to someone.
Also thought its a good idea to milk the whole pirate idea while the last film has still yet to come out.
Reckon there is about another 18months of the pirate vibe.

I managed to get nearly all of my stuff listed onto Etsy (just one thing left) and then I've got a chicken doorstop to make tonight and about 20,000 business cards to do. Oh also managed to quote for a kids party today too - so fairly productive - compared to normal anyway!!
Seahorse I like the sound of pirate stuff - any pics?

Hooray! My Reprodepot parcel arrived. I've already used two fabrics to line a vintage whicker shopping basket.....photos when I find the camera.....
Lined two baskets, which was fiddly. And strung together my bunting with some delicious lime green bias binding.
Excellent fused bias binding in gorgeous colours also arrived today...it was so cheap too £1.75 for 4m from eBay seller theshoeco - highly recommended!
Boo! I was outbid on my lovely 1940's shoes....ah well, such is life. I'll find some more.
All in all, not a bad day......and I haven't finished yet....

I've baked like mad today....I must have made 125 individual cakes, if not more.
Mint choc chip muffins, double choc chip muffins, little luscious lemon cakes, and carrot & orange mini loaf cakes.....still contemplating cappuccino muffins, but not sure I've got the energy now.
Just need to pack & price everything for tomorrow, get some stuff together and I'm done....just feels like I'm done for already..
Right...gruyere risotto for supper - I cooked that too. Although to be fair, himself did all the prep for me. He's a good boy....;)

I've had a very productive morning. If it didn't move in the portakabin, then I poured it .... if it did move I hit and splattered it with my rubber hammer! I've got soooo much done today I've even surprised myself. Only problem now is that I have to go tomorrow and take everything out of the moulds which I don't enjoy as much. I prefer getting messy with the wet clay lol.

So true!
Despite having a craft room I have bits and pieces all over the house so when I go through to the kitchen to do something trivial like put the dishwasher on I end up opening a box and making envelopes with the calenders inside. So I have done lots of productive things that I didn't mean to do!!
