I bought white fimo translucent today, and straight away made some stuff with it. I baked it for 30 minutes and 110c in oven, as the packet says. When I took the stuff out instead of the white was an ugly brown/orange colour and my stuff ruined. Did I do something wrong? Or will it go away? Help please?

Sounds like it was burnt. This happened to me when I first started making fimo pendants. I then started to bake it for less time. hope this helps.

it does sound like you have burned the clay.

Check that your oven is reaching the right temperature by using an oven thermometer. Many times ovens can be inaccurate, and it only takes a few degrees either way for the clay to get over or under baked.

Also, if you are not using a fan oven, you might need to protect the clay from the direct heat of the oven's elements. You can do this by losely tenting the clay with some aluminium foil.
