I use vista print. they have good offers. sometimes. if you wait for the beat offer you can do really well. I've just ordered 250 business cards printed on 1 side full colour with my logo for £3.95 (postage cost) :) doesnt even work out at 15p each. if I've done my sums right that is.. the down side! it takes 21 days for delivery. but if you are not in a rush...

I too use vistaprint - if you upload a really good image then the results are very professional :)

Like Hils I go with Vistaprint and have only ever paid for postage- the 21 day delivery is always quicker than that and as long as you plan ahead it's not a problem

Yep, I use VistaPrint too - if you are in a hurry, you can pay extra for 3 day delivery. I usually order a few (free) things at once as the delivery works out more economical.

I've just placed an order with VistaPrint.. went for the 21 day delivery option too as I'm in no great hurry - we'll see how long they take! The quality is fine for my purposes at the moment.

hi
i too went for vista print, and so glad i did as my card details have changed twice due to adding my new website and change of telephone number and this proved to be more cost effective, and when im happy with details etc i might go for a different finishing eg gloss finish which costs extra or even or much better quality elsewhere but definetely value for money for first starting your business

I have used Vistaprint in the past but now I use Moo I love the quality of their cards they are more expensive than vista but I get lovely compliments about my Moo cards and I think they give customers the company image I want so its worth it for me

In the past I've used Vista print and also moo ( I love the minis!)
Now I completely abandoned business cards and instead produce a three fold leaflet using office publisher. I can update and print off what I want, when I want it. As I always carry a handbag, I have no issues carrying them about.
The reason I use the leaflets rather than the card, is that people often take a card and never get round to looking you up on the computer.
My leaflet has details of all my services, pictures of my products, biography, contat details etc. People are more likely to browse through it and get an overall impression of your services etc.
I use a quality paper and they look really great. I can also send them out with all my orders so that people can see the whole me.
Updates are easy to do, pictures can easily be changed etc.
I've often found that when people pick up my leaflet they ask about the services detailed on it and at the last farmers market for example I was asked by two people about the public speaking availability and they'd have never known about that from a simple business card.

I use vistaprint too. I have 3 businesses and use different quality vistaprint cards for each one. The basic ones are great value for money , the gloss gives a nice finish and is thicker but just had my 'proper job' ones done using the thicker card with no gloss and they look great-they are very simple with logo on white background but they need to be. Have also ordered with quicker delivery and they are still not too expensive.

Vista print is always a winner with us! quality is good, shipping time is good even if you go for slowest to save the pennies it nearly always comes ahead of schedule! we've tried all there products from car magnets to fridge magnets! very good stuff.

I went to one of those machines in a shopping centre. They have come a long way in the years they have been on the go.

I chose a logo, the layout and have my business name, what I make, telephone number website etc and the cards they are printed on are thick and of good quality.

50 of them cost £4 which is a good price when just starting out.

Good luck

I have found VistaPrint very good in the past, it might be worth considering paying a little extra for the thicker card or possibly the foil designs which make them a little bit special. They often have some very good offers on aswell.
