Iv finally got round to setting up a Feltmaking Workshop!

Iv been badgered for years to do felting workshops (A kick up the backside from craftyclaire) and finally iv found a date in my diary and booked the venue. Im quite excited to get back into a teaching role again.

The first workshop is making a handbag and flower corsage brooch. Its a one day workshop on Sunday 22nd August at St Johns Community Centre (http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=Enderby%2C+Leicester.+LE19+4NT.&countryCode=GB#map=52.58318,-1.19622%7C16%7C4&bd=useful_information&loc=GB:52.58317:-1.19623:16%7CLE19%202RN%7CLE19%202RN), Enderby, Leicester. Not far from Junction 21 of the M1.
No experience is required and it will be a small friendly workshop of 8 people. There will be hot and cold drinks with biscuits and homemade cake for a bit of a treat.
I will have a little shop for anyone wanting to buy some materials to take home and play with.

Thanks for all the interest........ 2 more places left and I may have to set other dates for other workshops.
Iv been asked to think about doing a Christmas workshop near Christmas, im thinking stoscking or needle felted ornaments. Also a felted slipper workshop from the sucess of my fairy slippers (http://www.facebook.com/#%21/creativebumblebee?ref=ts) and a scarf workshop to keep you warm for the winter. Oooo the possiblities are endeless!
