I am in South Africa, and am having some trouble finding a supplier for tiara bases here . Is there anyone who can help me with some tips on how to make a base myself?:confused:

if you pop along to incauk.co.uk (i'm unable to put websites on at the moment) they sell tiara bases at wholesale prices and I'm sure they ship worldwide too.
They are very helpful as I've ordered from them before.
