I've started a second thread on this in the hope that someone else will see it and come up with something. On the previous thread I got some humorous replies but nothing that helped to solve the problem. I didn't have the same problem with the old site so don't think it's my computer.
Although I can see all the icons for Fonts, Bold, Underline etc. etc. when I click on them (having first highlighted my text) NUFFINK 'APPENS ! I can insert a smiley from the group on the right hand side, but not from the smiley icon in the toolbar at the top.
