I came accross this via another (rather quiet) craft forum (no competition Mr Media!):

It's certainly prompted me to get some links added to my website, however, I'm still scoring 0 which is rather disappointing! Think I'm a bit stuck now! I see some members of this forum have tried it and are getting good scores - any tips? Please!

Not the forum but the directory is banned.. Due to being a competitor..

With regards to your SEO information in the the related thread, I probably am being rather hasty, my website's not even been running a month!

For website promotion I'm now working the word of mouth route. Lots of people who haven't heard from me for ages are getting emails! The added bonus is I get to catchup on their news too! Always good to keep in touch.

I got a scoring of 1 for the quilling guild. I can't see that it means anything anyway, it doesn't seem to explain what it means. Just because you are promoting your site doesn't necessarily mean that people will look at it or benefit from it.
