if you go into your picture (the one you want to make as your profile pic), at the bottom of the page there's
Tag this Photo
Edit this Photo
Delete this Photo
Make this my Profile picture

click on the last one - your pic should come back.

if you click on the question mark, it should offer you an option to add photos, do that then choose one of them to be your profile pic.
