Knitting Grandma

I made this grandma at 1990's. Before 20 years, I was not know anything about polymer clay. I was mixing white glue and flour. After finish and dry, I was coloured by water paint. Now it is very easy with polymer clay. Long live Polymer Clay :)

She is fantastic! You are an amazing artist, whatever the medium or the subject matter!

I love how her eyes are almost closed as she smiles away to herself, but she keeps on knitting. Like all knitters of many years standing, she doesn't need to look at the needles, does she!

Aww! what a lovely Grandma ! she is just so lovable. Did you model her on your own Grandmother?
Both my Grandmothers were tall and thin. No idea how I turned out short and stout LOL.
Have to say a talent like yours will out, no matter what the medium is. ;) xxx
