plastic moulding advice

can any one help, I am trying to purchase a product similar to liquid latex but with a hard plastic style cold set finish once set.. I work only at the hobby level from home and idealy would prefer something that does not involve any form of pre heating etc.. Any advice ie product names etc to markross540@msn.com thankyou for your help.

Polymorph!!! plastic crystals, put in hot water(takes about a minute),they are then mouldable and it sets solid and white!!
