We're moving into our new home on Tuesday, sat here surrounded by boxes I don't know whether to laugh or cry!!

Going to get some serious chocolate fix tomorrow, it's the only way I'll get through it!!

Even the bears are packed, that was traumatic, but not half as bad as trying to get the emu into a box!!

....you'd be very welcome if we lived nearer!

Tonight we're having pesto & mozarella stuffed chicken breasts, wrapped in bacon, served on fusili pasta with a fresh tomato sauce.

The joys of being married to an ex-chef......;)

Dang, I've just had my dinner, that sounds scrumptious :D

We had quiche & sooties, actually sauteed potatoes, but as I've burned them in the past, they're now known affectionately as sooties!

We are having Chicken and Asparagus pie with creamed mash and peas. I'm afraid to say the pie is a shop bought frozen one, peas are frozen and my boyfriend peeled the spuds. Well what can i say, i don't have time to cook proper meals I'm to busy on the forum.

Why is it that as food goes down, the weight seems to pull on your eyelids and you go all sleepy?!

But you can share if you like!

Himself has gone to a school governor's meeting (powercrazed!) and my daughter has gone down to the village Youth Club that she helps to run. Youngest boy is at said Youth Club for under 12's, and he'll swap over with his older brother at 7.30 when youth club for 12+ starts...

......so everyone made their own tea. I haven't yet seen the state of my kitchen. I'm just going to nuke my oats, so I'll find out!

What can i say i'm a lazy cook! I look forward to the weekends when we eat well (boyfriend works away during week). We normally have a chinese on a Friday and most Saturdays, i eat enough on those two days to last the whole week. It's a good job i have a high metabolism rate or i'd be the size of a house.

Having reached the end of my tether, and the end of the packing boxes, I shall now sit here and relax with a cup of coffee and a packet of McCoys Flame Grilled Steak Crisps. :p
