Craft Fair - Bradley Stoke, Bristol - 7th July

Hi,

I have finally finalised the details for the craft fair I am organising.

The fair will take place from 11 - 3 (set up from 10am) on the 7th July 2007 at Bradley Stoke Community School, Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

Tables will cost £12.50 for a single or £20 for a double.

Just a note to say that we have our quota of jewellery makers at present (unless you can prove you have something unique to offer)! Still plenty of room for other crafts though!

I've had loads of interest but i think because it seems so far off and because i didn't set a closing deadline people are being lax in sending forms etc back! Doh! Set a deadline next time! Lesson learnt! :D

What location have you put it under Laura? I can't find it listed in the diary search but I may be looking under the wrong location ???

How strange! If you click on events diary from the homepage or search for it it's there but if you click events diary from another page it's not listed!! :confused: Weird!

Laura - another thought. I know you are full for jewellery but thought I would ask...my friend makes jewellery but has recently also started doing kits, for adults and children. Would you consider this 'different' enough for her to have a stall? No probs if not, just thought I'd ask. If so though, I'll mention it to her.

It would be worth mentioning it to her. I can't take anyone else who is intending on selling made up jewellery but i think kits could be considered. I'd have to have a look at my possible layouts etc before i can say for sure either way but it's a definate possibility! Thanks :D

We are now (provisionally - just waiting on forms) full for card makers too!

So we are full for jewellery and Cards but all other crafts are welcome! Keep 'em coming!!!

Well it's come round fast.......too fast!

I'm really nervous now! I think i've got all bases covered but doubtless there'll be some problems on the day! Posters have gone up (still gotta do the road side ones but i'm leaving that til Friday incase someone takes them down), flyers have gone through doors, Bob and some others are gonna hand out flyers at the leisure centre, library and supermarket next door on the day, refreshments have been purchased..........................

Am i missing anything?!!!

It's a shame i don't have as many stalls as i would have liked. A lot of the people who contacted me were either traders or the same product. Still, I can only do my best............

I have Cards, Mosaics, Jewellery, Holistic therapists, Minatures and dolls house furniture, Soaps etc, knitted bags, Craft supplies, Wall plaques......so a fair mix really. Just a shame I didn't get more people - only about 16 stall holders i think. Never mind!

Anyway - if you're not doing anything and are in the area then come on down 11 - 3, Bradley Stoke Community School, Bristol!

I'm just posting to wish you lots & lots of luck!!!

I shall be stuck in the MinL's shop wishing I was with you! I was trying to get my sister to bring me and also to book a table for her painted glassware, but she's going to a wedding she doesn't really want to go to, so we're both a bit cheesed off that we can't come and fun instead!
