Your ideas please

I make little pictures encased in glass, soldered round the edge with a loop and a ribbon to hang it up if people want to.

I need a name for them.

All I can think of is 'hangies'.Very yuck.

Any ideas?

Specimen slides doesn't sound too appealing. Makes me think of microbiology (a bit to close to work!).

I was trying to think of words that descibe what I wanted them to appear to be like windows in to the past or another world.
Frozen past.
Labyrinth just popped into my head ie a picture that could take you anywhere
