my work is getting bigger as i grow in confidence. i was really pleased with this unframed fused glass panel when i opened the kiln this weekend. i've already sold it! i'm going to make lots of brothers and sisters for it as i think these could be really popular. i think it would look fab on a sunny landing. everytime i look at it it makes me smile cos it's so cheerful. i hope you like it too....

It's lovely!
How do they attach to the window?

it's for a wall. it'll be slightly away from the wall so it casts coloured shadows. i am still sourcing the hangers for it but i will probably use small stainless steel 'standoffs' which grip the edges top and bottom.

glad you like it :)

ooooo...it's beautiful!.....My kiln is too small to produce anything like that. I feel inadequate. Have you tried doing some smaller ones for windowcills. I've made some in the past that flew out of my shop. I fixed them with a solid block base with a groove to fit the glass.
A gallery in Liverpool City centre is selling similar items and wall panels like yours and is asking hundereds for them!

Wow, love them! and love your website. Your images are so crisp and bright.
Am amazed with the way you have used mrSite and made it look so professional! You must have spent hours and hours on it. Well done you.

Do you usually frame the pieces then? They would look great hanging from a window. (I did something similar for my degree show, but with my woven fabrics framed and hung with the light behind)
Really like the Hangers on your site, simply stunning!

omg... you have inspired me and I need to go and sort my website out now! am not getting on with mrSite atm!

thanks everyone :)

this is another one, the same but different. this is a 'tack fuse' where you control the heat to just round the edges and 'glue' the glass together without losing too much difinition....
