Hello crafters of all ages... :nopity:

On the left hand side under my name you can read 'junior crafter'... well...:p ...I'm 65... thanks for the compliment! I guess the registering machine read my information as to my date of birth which I did not state, thus counting for zero year old... very junior.

I don't like stating my age because I have found that most people just don't talk to me anymore. If they don't know the actual figure, it's still alright. I don't look that senile yet :playball:

How is it with other 'senior' crafters on this forum?
And how can my tag be changed from junior to senior?

Best regards,

dreamstar

Hello and (welcome) to the forum. It doesnt matter what your age is as all are welcome here.
As your posts and rep grow your tag will change also.

(welcome) to the forum! If you keep up the posting you'll go from a junior crafter to a senior crafter and beyond.... it's all to do with your post count and not your age ;) Nothing wrong with your age doesn't stop me talking to people. If I stopped talking to the over 60's then I'd never speak to my parents! Hope you enjoy your time on here.

Hi and welcome!

(welcome)

The term Junior Crafter refers to the number of posts you've made and has nothing to do with your age. :) You have a lot of posts to make to become a Senior Crafter. Fortunately, the forum is pretty addcitive so it's easy!

Edit: think I prefer the tag Junior Crafter to Super Big Crafter - it sounds as if I have a bit of a weight problem. Must lay off those cakes.;)

Not too far behind you in the age stakes either!:o

Hello and (welcome) from another OAP potter! There's quite a few of us on this forum who are over the hill (and enjoying sliding down the other side)

(welcome) to the forum!! :)

I have the reverse problem!! I'd say I'm more of a junior..however it looks like I'm a senior on here!

But as others have said, the tag is to with the number of posts rather than the number of years you have lived! :)

As someone that is still rather junior myself (both on the forum and in age I suppose) I want to say thanks for asking the question I was too scared to...I was wondering how to become more established on here too!

Now we know! Welcome too...look forward to seeing some of your things!

Just enjoy. No-ones age is relevant here. Advice, help, and friendship are what this site is about.

Tell us about your craft and show pictures for feed back.

(welcome) to the forum.
Don't worry your age will soon be forgotten. We have a good range of ages here and it's great that we can all share our experiences and ideas.
