This is what I am working on right now. Valentines day looming inspired me to do a Fairy wedding. So far so good. I will update the thread as they progress.
Just couldn't wait to post on the new polymer clay section really haha!!

Like Pete, I have never attempted sculpting but your work is always so detailed, accurate and inspiring... this looks fab, can't wait to see the finished piece :D

Oh wowsers! They are just amazing!

I have only dabbled in sculpting, but that much was enough to let me know it isn't at all easy - so cannot begin to imagine how you get such realistic details, expressions, personalities etc into your work.

Thank you so much for the update - it is lovely to see the progression.

Gorgeous Pepsi :D I showed it to my 16 yr old daughter, she said it reminded her of her character on World of Warcraft she really likes it

I loved seeing the work in progress too. You certainly have the sculpty skills! :)

Here is the finished article. a few photos of them.
I have started on two more sculpts. One of a Genie and another of Nefertiti the Egyptian Queen. I think this weather is sending my imagination to warmer climes eh?

Wow Rita, they are gorgeous! can't wait to see your Genie and Nefertiti, especially Nefertiti as I love Egyptian sculptures!!!!!!:D

Thanks Diane. I am all exited about her. Been doing a lot of research for this one. I may have a stab at Cleopatra or Tutankhamen. Ahh !! not enough hours in the day eh? xxx ;)
