UK Handmade!

Is anyone a member of the handmade forum? Am interested to know what its like had a brief look but it isn't as easy to get around as this one or am I being a luddite? ;) Any recommendations and advice would be appreciated.

Hi do you mean the UK handmade forum?
I'm a member of that one. It's very friendly and easy to upload pics and blogs etc. not as active (or addictive)as this one though:p

When there is already this forum, why is there any need for another ? or does it include other handmade things like Lego, Meccano, Airfix kits etc ?

I am, but it's very quiet. Seems to mostly be the blog roll/facebook roll forum topics that get replies.

I registered with them too...just too late to get in the local fairs at Christmas! But there's always next year...ahem, I mean this year....better get my act together!!

Was having a look at them and they had a group dedicated to South West artists! Am still trying to get in touch with people in my area so think I need to post another thread about it.
