Hope someone can help or advise me please. I have bought a cricut personal cutter from e-bay. However all it comes with are the leads. I am so disapointed. The seller said if i needed any help to ask. Well I did. And she hasn't answered me. I need to know what I should buy to get started. I can't do anything. The machine is just sat there. I would be So grateful for any help please.
Thank you

have you not got any cartridges or mats?

if not that is where you need to start at least!

once you have a cartridge and overlay, all you need to do is load in machine, press the appropriate button and cut away!

what sort of help do you need?

Hi.. I have a cricut as does my mum...

If it has just come with the leads, you will require some mats (well at least one) link below (only a quick look dont take this as the cheapest...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Cricut-Cutting-Mats-6-x12-15cm-x-30cm-2-pack-NIP_W0QQitemZ320462597996QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Cra fts_Cardmaking_Scrapbooking_DieCutting_Punches_EH? hash=item4a9d0f2f6c

Did it come with the blade? You will find this inside if you press the button on the right (big one) it will open.. inside again to the right is the blade housing. If you feel under it being careful obviously there should be a blade??? If not you will need one of those;

again only a quick look. Be careful though as there is also a 'deep cut' blade and housing which is different.

Then you will need a cartridge to get started with. Normally they come with one which is the 'george cartridge'. This is a really good all round cartridge which gives you quite a lot to play with but there are plebty of others available on e-bay. They can be got for £20 - £30 if you are lucky enough but BIN can be as much as £60. Some web site will offer deals too.. Cricut have their own web site too which is Provocraft which is who the machine is made by.. http://www.provocraft.com/products/index.products.php?cl=cricut

I hope this is helpfum. I love mine to bits so if i can help then feel free to PM me

Good luck and I hope you manage to get it sorted out

Many Hugs Caron x
