Ive been meaning to make some cakes for ages and i finally got my act together today.
Now, I was expecting them to be spongey but they turned out crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.I had to bare in mind that the name of the receipe said cupcakes, not spongecakes so Im assuming they are ok.

Anyhoo, the cake are flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon and the icing has nutmeg in it.

I had one about 20 mins ago and Im still ok.
