Taunton - Interested?

I have been approached to organise a one or two day Summer Craft Fair in Taunton town centre, probably in August.

Would anyone be interested? Roughly, a stripey market-type stall would cost about £40 for one day or £70 for both days. Is this too much?

I'm just guaging interest to see if it's worth committing myself.

Any views or advice would be welcome.

I'd be interested for sure but it might be a bit expensive for small fish like myself! I don't know price wise really it does sound like a lot but if a good turnout is likely it's not so bad. How long would the days be as £40 is a lot for a few hours?

As far we know, it would be all day, from 9am to about 5 or 5.30. The throughfall on a Saturday in a market town like Taunton would be huge. The area we have been offered is right in the very middle of the shopping area - The Parade. This means that tens of thousands of people going about the shops will pass our Fair, they can't avoid it!

We're not sure whether it would be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday yet. I was approached by the Town Centre Events Manager, and we're going to meet with her shortly.
