Eazi Scoring Board

Please... Is there anyone out there that can help me?

Last year my dad was making Eazi Scoring Boards at his work and brought one home for me as he knew I was into my crafting. The problem is, I havent got the foggiest on how to use it. I've spent hours with packs of card, a scorer and patience trying to work it out.. and all I've managed to do is score four lines on one A4 piece of card that looks nothing like I'd have hoped.

Can someone PLEASE give me some help on it before I totally go insane?

Thank you SOOOO much for that link, it was soooo appreciated. I've just got to practice now and try to work the board with the instructions. Thank you soo much again, you've saved my soul.
