View Full Version : Help please, paper cutting.

In these days of the 'H&S' regulations I'm having problems finding a paper guillotine similar to the old type with the side blade you raise and lower to cut. Rather than the ones that everyone seems to be selling these days, the so called safety cutter with the round wheel.

I have a round wheel one but find it tends to tear the paper instead of leaving a nice crisp cut edge.

If anyone knows where to buy these things I would be grateful for any help you can chuck my way,

X cut do one, as do Tonic studios - actually they are both the same cutter, just different colours!

I have 2 and love them!

Hi TePe

Not sure if you have already found what you are looking for but I have seen one of these paper trimmers at hobbycraft.

Another vote for the X Cut Maxi one from me too. I prefer a guillotine too and this is the best one I've had yet, it's so precise and will cut even the tiniest slither of paper.
