Hi Everyone
I've always been keen on knitting and crochet. I've dabbled in other things from time to time but I always come back to knitting and crochet.
I'd actually like to be able to sell some of my work but on the other hand I don't want the pressure of having to complete an item to a deadline. We'll see.
I'll have to do something because I love producing baby shawls but I've run out of babies! Now the house is going to get full of completed items with nowhere to go.
Regards

Hello and welcome.
I last knitted when I was in the brownies and it was a disaster... dropped stitches everywhere!
Hope you enjoy this forum.

Welcome,
It's been a long time since I did any crochet - I'd love to take it up again though.
I'm also busy growing a baby if you want to run one of those shawls past me!!

......and welcome!:D
I only ever knitted baby stuff, well little things anyway. Last thing I knitted was a cricket sweater for one of my bunnies (lavender filled, not real)......but I'm toying with the idea of knitted egg cosies at the moment.
My MinL knitted my baby shawl, at one point she had over 1000 stitches on the needles at once! Rather her than me.....!

Hi Everyone
I'm overwhelmed by such a welcome! So many to say hallo to. Many thanks for your encouragement.
Congratulations Mel.
One of my big problems is not knowing how to price my shawls but perhaps I'll ask this on another part of the forum.
Again, thank you for the warm welcome, regards
Unity
