I'm having a dense moment here, how would you attach the seeds to the strips of paper? What do you do with the paper afterwards? Do you pick each seed off and plant it? Errrr, ok, I admit, I haven't a cluuuuue how these work, can you explain please?! :D I love gardening and it sounds really interesting but I don't understand how it's made or how it's used, it's probably really simple and i just can't work it out!!! LOL

the seeds you stick on with a simple flour and water paste , you simply put the whole strip in the channel you have dug and cover it over...all the seeds are spaced out on the newspaper strip so less thinning out ( which is the job i hate the most !)

she does have a link to the orginal post on her site giving instructions ;)

What a good idea but knowing me I would end up with more seeds on the floor than the tape but certainly worth a go.

I made a gardening apron (waist height with deep gusseted pockets) for a friend's birthday this year and filled the pockets with gloves, seed packets and muscle soak and hand cream. She loved it.

As this blog shows you do not have to buy at a garden centre.
