we've got snow!!!

I can't tell you how cold it is out there. Just come back from taking Eden to school and on the way back we had some snow flakes falling.
Got the sledge out ready to collect Eden tonight, but so far there is none on the ground! (I'm an optomist!)... it is still falling very slowly but hey... few hours to go yet!

My borhters getting married at the weekend, Im dreading the weather, and Im doing my best to avoid getting a cold!

Its cold here too, Im sat next the heater and Im still cold.

I love snow and Anya likes it too. It's meant to snow here in Lancashire tomorrow - it's cold enough!

Oh no..got up and there is a layer (thin mind) of SNOW! I hate snow..I always have, even as a child I was forced outside to 'play' in it and just stood still until my parents let me back in!! I have to go out to some orders today..I will leave it until the last min to see if the horrid stuff melts away!

well, I am anyway, well-wrapped that is...

I'm sitting with a baby quilt wrapped round my legs, a fleecy blanket around my shoulders, those extra soft extra fluffy socks, and fingerless Aunty Wainwright gloves....trying to sew!

And I'm still chilly.........:mummy:


Hot curry for supper I think! Let's heat from the inside...!

Hope you get snow for those who love it, and sun for those who don't! I can't make up my mind....

Well it was snowing here earlier but it has stopped now - very thin layer but I'm sure that if it's still there in the morning, Anya will want to walk up to nursery in her wellies!

Ever noticed how quiet everything is after heavy snow? And it all looks so clean and smooth..........until the gritters etc make slushy grey mush.

It's way cold enough, and we've had snow here before, got a good few inches last year. But maybe we are too close to the coast.:p

It's very cold, but blue & sunny, so I suppose I should shuddup and stop whinging. At least it's not as cold as yesterday, I can actually sew today! Yay!

Still need the hot chocolate top-ups throughout the day though.....yum!
