I have noticed that people have links to their website and blog pages at the bottome of their posts.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

If you click on the blue bar - User CP it will take you to your page. Left hand side there is a list of options, Edit Signature is one of them and thats where you do it. It must be easy to do as I am not pooter friendly but I managed it.
