Hi I am doing a workshop with some friends at church next week! We will be making primitive style christmas trees using torn fabric tied round a dowel etc. The tops of the trees have a 2" rusty star but I am having problems getting some. I have tried It's the Cats Whiskers but no reply. Any suggestions of somewhere that you have dealt with who deliver quickly. I want to do this over the phone due to shortness of time.

I need 60 x 2" primitive stars, rusty great but I am now open to other options. If not what else can we put on top of our trees. I have only just final numbers so hence the short notice. I need them for Tuesday 10th Nov !! Please can you help with ideas?:horse:

Orchard crafts came through fantastically. The stars are really nice and I actually prefer them to the rusty ones I origionally wanted. I painted mine burgundy then a coat of cream on top. When the paint was dry I then sanded it lightly to show through some of the burgundy.

This is a link to the site I got my idea from.. http://sunshinescreations.vintagethreads.com/2006/12/we-three-trees.html

I make them slightly smaller than the pattern. My dowel is 10" high and I cut my fabric in the following lengths, first 10" for the first third of the dowel. Then 8" for the next third and finally 6" for the final third of the dowel. They take about an hour to make and look fantastic when done
