I've found a nice project in a wedding book involving pew end displays for a ceremony. It involves the use of paper ribbon - about 5/6cm wide; made into bows. I can't find this stuff anywhere - it's sort of like crepe/raffia but stronger and not as thin/stretchy. I'm also looking for quite a specific colour - Celadon, which is a light grey/green.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't know how thick you want the paper. I do quilling and our standard widths don't go higher than 10mm but I have seen something approaching 50mm available when I've been to an AGM and seen some of this, but don't remember the supplier.... The paper is usually the thickness of good quality printer paper. It's probably not at all helpful, but I thought I'd give it a try!
You could always get in touch with http://jjquilling.co.uk/strips.html to see if they'd do the width you want.

It sounds to me like your looking for the stuff florists use . Try garden centers or if you have a hobby craft nearby they may have it.

Hi :)
I get ribbons from 'Rainbow Florist supplies', they've got a website but I haven't posted enough to be able to post links . But if you type it into google it should come up.
They do paper ribbons, not sure if they have the colour you want though, but most florist suppliers will have a good selection of ribbons!

We have paper raffia in lots of colours on the Craft Fairy site. Try this link to take you straight to the raffia.
