I got the impression they were the saem thing too.
I think vellum is a very thin paper, parchment just reminds me of biblical times and the woven thingy has me stumped.
Thanks anyhoo.

Vellum is semi transparent, like thick tracing paper IYSWIM you can get it in different colours and also patterened stuff.
Bazzill is a popular brand of card. It is relatively thin but is very good quality, it comes in different textures so woven is one of the textures available.
Parchment I am not too sure on but I think it is probably a paper with a slightly bumpy texture, like posh writing paper!

OK just had a "google"! Parchment craft uses vellum paper which is confusing. but parchment paper I am sure is something else unless people also call vellum parchment  aarrgg now I am confused.

My order arrived today(hoorah)and i can now tell you the difference.
Woven Bazill-imagine card but it is textured to look like material, like it has small regulated 'pits' in it.
Parchment-like paper but slightly off white, slightly rough ot the touch.
Vellum-like thin frosted tracing paper.
