Yes Im am now officially addictive to felting old jumpers!!! This is the remenant of some sleeves, I had left over from another project. The brooches are so easy to make, I may do a tutorial on my blog so watch this space. Would love to know what you think

You must do a blog spot - I would have been struggling to guess what the brooch was made of. Hope you are patting yourself on the back because I think its fab.

It's really cute and i would also put it on a handbag to pretty it up...it's lovely :) smaller ones would make cute keyrings too, what do you think?

I think that it's lovely. It looks so soft and well made. I'd never have guessed that it was made from an old jumper! Here's a website that you might find interesting - www.burrabears.co.uk (http://www.burrabears.co.uk/) - it's a person that uses old jumpers to make teddy bears. My daughter was given one when she was born.

You come up with with really great ideas!

What a fab brooch, would also make a good alternative to the bow on top of a present then the person can take it off the present and use it as the brooch afterwards.

Love the brooch. Wish I had some old jumpers that had enough wool content to felt properly.
