Can I stick tissue paper onto a paper lampshade?

And does it matter what sort of glue? The bulbs are energy saving ones, so I suppose they do not get as hot as normal bulbs?

They are the plain £2 round thin paper lampshades as found in Wilkinson's etc.

If you are glueing it onto the outside of the shade, then the lampshade will be fine.
I always ude PVA. I water it down slightly and the coat the outside of the tissue as well. It gives a nive varnished look.
