My sister crochets baby blankets if that is any help? She has made a hat too for my three year old but I'm not sure if she could/would do any smaller.

Hi,
She has in the past sold some crocheted purses, scarves, bags and hats through a shop where she lives but it is more of a hobby at the mo as the shop has closed down! She might be able to help you though.
