how to you find the threads that you have posted/commented on? is there a quick way of doing it???

Go into your public profile, and click on statistics. You can then see all of the posts you have made, and all the threads you started.

Another way is to look for the broken arrow, it means you've commented on that thread, so you can whizz thro the pages and see those ones quickly :)
