Does anyone know of any card making kits that fit this general description?

5 or 10 card blanks with envelopes.
Set of matching embellishments, perhaps an ideas sheet for the novice card maker.
Makes either a set of idnetical cards or leaves the crafter some scope for varying the design.

I'd be grateful for any ideas you may have.

I don't know if they meet your requirements but I'm sure that hobbycraft do some and I'm sure that I saw some on The Book People website. I haven't actually looked at them so I don't know if they are what you want.
Hope this helps though

Our local £1 shop has a good selection. 6 in a box with bits and bobs for making some pretty if unimaginative cards. Not bad for £1.

Hi there

We do some here at EA Cards and Crafts - one is full of allsorts of bits and bobs that we put together for you, the others are from Dovecraft and allow you to make 6 identical cards. All are great for people starting out, especially our own version as it contains many many things!!!

Hi,
I also sell a smaller kit which is 4 cards (white and cream in everday kits, red and white in xmas ones),4 white envelopes,4 ready assembled name toppers for mum, dad, sis, friend etc, extra embelishments such as co-ordinating ribbon, bows, buttons, peeloffs, wording, beads.
These small kits are in lots of colourways and xmas ones are either traditional red/green/gold or pastels pink/lilac/silver. They are £4.50 per pack including postage and packing and there's loads more bits than you could ever use on 4 cards so customer can use these whenever they wish.
The toppers are ready gummed.
Cheers
