We move round the corner (quite literally!) to my parents. Bigger house...lots more sweets etc!!..
Christmas day begins with our music group leading the christmas day service. This year Eden is dancing (weepy me!).
I too am the official present distributer.... Now either we are all mugs or we are very special people... not sure which.
My sister and her boyfriend are coming up and also my mums "new" sister is coming too. (mum didn't grow up with the rest of her family and only recently met her sister) My brother and his family are coming up on boxing day... new baby in tow so it's broody time for me!full time mum and very very part time crafter.

Hurrah!
That sounds like a fun Christmas Peter..unfortunately I will be flying off to go a Carribean cruise on th 17th. It will be hard..sitting on my balcony as the cruise ship glides on it's way to the Cayman Islands..but I will put up with it!!
Can't wait..just have to get all the work stuff tied up and then I can kiss old blighty goodbye for a couple of weeks.

What do you play? I'm the bassist in our church music group; sometimes they let me turn it up quite loud!! But probably not so much on Christmas morning!
Quite jealous of that cruise there though Funkyhand - have a wonderful time!

Mel
we give the vicar a service off to sit with his wife for christmas day and we are allowed to do what ever we want... quite forward thinking for a village church! This year we are basing the service around the song "mary did you know"
Lucky you being pregnant... when he/she coming to play?
Bet playing the bass gets quite difficult with a bump out in front!full time mum and very very part time crafter.

We love singers in our group, can't get enough of them. I took some lessons this year but I don't sing all that often as it's hardly fair when I'm already playing.
You are right about the bass/bump problem. I think Christmas may have to be my swansong for a while! I'm already playing sitting down! Bump is arriving at the end of April, I can't wait!
