Hello,

my name is Pedro, I am from Spain. I work with wood and I design fretwork. I am interested in finding old english fretwork patterns between 1890 and 1920. If you have some or you know where to find them please get in touch with me. You can see my web written in the signature.

Hi and thank you for your warm wellcome.

Fretwork, also known as scroll saw, was a very popular hobby in England and other countries between 1880 and 1930. It consists in making intricate wooden objetcs with the help of a scroll saw. These saws have very thin blades that permit cutting very intricate forms. You can have a look at my web to get a much better idea of this. It is written in the signature.

Pedro.

Damn, I'm feeling generous. You can put your URL on your signature in your profile if you like.:)

Welcome Pedro, if I could explain it further, it's how jigsaws are made.:)
