I know a few of you use Jilly Beads - what sort of delivery time do you get? I put an order in on Monday, and got it today, sent out yesterday - maybe I'm spoilt by always getting stuff next day, but it seems a long time.

Jilly beads are very good normally.
On behalf of online retailers everywhere though the demand has suddenly gone up. It's the christmas rush and popular sellers are having to deal with loads more orders.

That's fine, I just wondered if it was usual. At the prices for fire polished I'll definitely stick with them, but I'm always unsure about using someone for the first time. Thanks ladies. :)

I find the majority of their prices re swarovski are fantatsic, I use them alot.
I ordered soemthing from Jilly on Tuesday I think it was and (obviously) Im still waiting.
Usually around 5 days at most I think, never really took note as Im impatient anyway, id drive myself nuts.

i made an enquiry to them regarding an out-of-stock item which they never got back to me about. i wasnt impressed with that and they are a bit on the slow side with delivery but, saying that, the goods are top quality and i will continue to buy from them

I agree, they do take a while to respond to emails.
Once it took 2 weeks and Id given up and in the meantime id ordered what Id enquired about.
But again, always v good prices, worth hanging on for.

I always use Jillybeads and, compared to a lot of other sites I've used, they have a great delivery service. PLus if I've ever had a query or anything they've always been really quick to help.

PLus I love their products. Does anyone else fin some of the other bead sites a bit daunting with the millions of catergories? Jillybeads is really well laid out, but on the bad side as soon as I click onto that site I just want to buy everything.

I agree about the Swarovski bead prices tho, they are really good prices. I bought a swarovski mix from there last week for 5 pounds I think and it was brilliant you got so many beads! Now I'm just itching to buy more....!

Hi, new to the forum, (semi) new to beading. I initially found that it was hard to find websites in this country, then I got a bit better at 'googling,' I find new sites nearly every day, although limit myself to only buying once a month now...... too spendy, you see and I have more beads than you can poke a stick at.... off topic a bit, sorry.

Regarding Jilly Beads, I absolutely loved them, out of all the online suppliers I have dealt with, I think they were the nicest! I even recall them giving me a free gift, it was a nice touch, and I love free stuff.....any free stuff usually, but free beads! I was in heaven!
