Is there a dress alteration expert in East London here, maybe?

I unexpectedly bought a dress! Not something I do every day, but surely every woman (especially one that's lost 5 stone) really definitely NEEDS a floor-length crimson satin party gown, with a scoop neck, lace-back pointed-front bodice and yards of ball-gown-type skirt with net underskirts. Right? :)

Anyway, I'm considering altering the neckline (maybe, perhaps and depending on whether the special underwear I'm considering buying makes a difference), as it's a bit high in the neck for me and my... umm... considerable assets! Or maybe getting someone to help me alter it, as although I can sew, I'm not actually an expert seamstress.

Anyone here that's an expert and located in the Barking/Romford/Dagenham/Ilford or City of London area?

Hi Scorch - Kansas Kasey is in London but in my country yokel fashion I didn't notice where. I've got south of the river in my head but she does move around.
Then there's my new daughter in law in Sidcup but she works in London.

They are both experts in making things fit.
