Hole punches

Can you get 1.5cm diameter hole punches?

Do you need to punch two holes together i.e. in the traditional sense of a hole punch or could you do with just one hole at a time - doesn't make much sense but I hope you know what I mean! If you only need one hole at a time then I'm sure you could find a small circular craft punch that would do the job for you but I have no idea about actual hole punches - sorry!
