Would you say these were Beads or Not ?

I have aquired some beads although they are not drilled through, i will be getting some blue coloured ones and some multicoloured ones as well soon. Would you say they were beads as they do not have the hole through or not ?
They are flat on one face so they are ideal for glueing to card etc.
Anyone wish to comment ?

I think they sound more like cabochons.
I think beads should have a hole through them so I wouldnt call them beads.

I've seen things like you describe that are described as stick on gems - they might not be exactly the same as yours though and these ones I saw had an adhesive back.
