Cutter for card inserts??

Hi, I am looking for a cutter/stencil/tool that will allow me to cut 2 half circles into the back of my card (one on the left and one on the rite) for my Invite to sit in.......
Sorry for the bad description but do you know what I mean?? Is there such a tool? Any advice would be greatful,

You could use the Fiskars "Shapecutter" - they have a circular template that you could use to cut the semi-circles that you need.

You could also use a semi-circular punch, at the top and bottom of the card - have a look on eBay perhaps?
