hi all

why is is that at craft fairs all the public seem to say oh aren't they lovely and walk on, so my friend and i my called them the lovely brigade.

They are usually women and always come up to the table in pairs and look at everything, pick the candles up, rub their noses all over them, mutter something to each other and look at me and say oh we'll be back and the candles really are lovely.

WELL BUY SOMETHING THEN!!!!! AAGGGGHHHH

The joys of being a craft worker. hehehe

Ha Ha! That has given me a laugh this morning! I have met the same women over the last couple of years. They seem to be everywhere..at my old office, some are friends of my friends, round at my mothers house, even my extended family.
Time wasters I call them, but the 'lovely brigade' is less.. offensive!!
Thanks for making me smile, and know I am not alone!
Anice x :)

Oh, wait till you get the 'unusual' brigade! Oooo.........that's unusual.........usually means 'yes it's nice, but I haven't got the bottle to display it in MY living room'..............must be having one of those cynical days!:D
