discounted water in CP soap

hi, its the usual problem with CP soaps ( a good one really). I am constantly chasing my tail to keep up with orders versus curing times. we usually cure for 6 weeks with a strict minimum of 4. I keep looking at discounted water amounts but wonder how much difference this would make. I have used disc water for a moulded soap bcos I got so annoyed at the shrinkage but still left it for 6 weeks!. Particuarly mental as we are going to have to start thinking re Christmas soon! Does anyone have any experience of discounting water particuarly with regard to shrinkage and curing time? Also does it make any difference to the fragrance strength. I felt that my batch of disc water mouldeds were stronger in fragrance but I may have been 'looking' for that.
