Does anyone use laser engraving or marking machines to make a craftwork

Well,I am from China and our company manufactures many kinds of laser engraving and marking machines,I want to hold an investigation how many people use laser equipments to make craftwork.:confused: The advantage or disadvantage of your machine,you suggestions etc...:rolleyes:
