Have you tried looking at the website called just a soap

If you scroll down on the left hand side you will see the title 'cosmetic glitter' there.

I bought some a while ago, in the makeup section, in Superdrug. I have seen it in Tesco and Boots too, but that may have just been because it was Christmas time. It wasn't very dear though, it might be worth having a quick look next you are at the shops.
