Hi,

Im looking into making bath bomb cupcakes very soon, and am really struggling on what to call my business.

Im not sure whether to incorporate the word 'cupcakes' in there somewhere as i dont want people to get the idea that im baking them !

I did like bon bomb, but thats already a soap business, cant use that !!

Its so difficult...

Im just looking for a nice catchy funky name for them.....

Thanks very much,

Love Charlotte x

(welcome) to the forum

Are you selling soaps/bath bombs or both?

Can't help with name - but please make sure you have all products safety assessed before selling to public.

Cupcakes (name) may have a shelf life?

Jane

Hi Jane,

Yes thanks for the reminder, im in the middle of doing that now so that seems to be going well.

Just finding it difficult to think of a name, at the moment im only starting to make soap cupcakes, and i think for the time being it will be just that, as i have quite a few ideas on what to make.

Many Thanks,
Charlotte

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, in the end I took an obscure direction and chose momo-bijou... momo being japanese for peach, peach coming from a breed of love bird called peach face and birds being the inspiration for some of the pendants I sell! Someone on here suggested the Bijou bit, which means precious small thing (i think) sounds good anyway haha!

So yeah maybe find out what the word cake or sweet is in other languages?? work with that?? :}

Hi Charlotte, I would advise on choosing a different name (not linked to neither cupcakes nor soap). This will give you the flexibility of moving into other markets without compromising on your business name/brand.

Can't think of names now but what about an anagram of a favourite item, names, etc.

Good luck with the name and good luck with the business.

Hi Charlotte,

Some quick ideas below (not thought through in any way!) ...

Fizz Up&Go
Fizz Bomb
Fizzy Wizzy
Bubblelicious
Sudz
Fab Fizz
Bubblz
Sudz Company
Bubble Bomb
Hot Fizz

I've dried up now!

Some of these probably already exist as names ...they are just what came into my head as I thought about it. If nothing else they may spark an idea for a unique name.

Good luck with it all.

How about:
The Bomb Factory :o

and an interesting line in burqua clad bath fizzers?? :o:D:D

Profile doesnt say whereabouts you live, but if youre in the vicinity of Aylesbury/high Wycombe etc you could be Bucks Fizzers :o:o:D:D

I am sure the "right" name will come to you, I would worry about getting your product line together, and ready to launch first!
