Hi guys,
Is anyone selling a purple fascinator? I'm feeling lazy and looking to buy rather than make! I'd like it on a headband as opposed to a clip, quite small, just a few ostrich feathers type thing and maybe a bit of sparkle! Nothing too big and fluncy - I've not worn one before so I'm a bit nervous - don't want anything too big! Anyone have anything like that?

Yes they do.. I think it is a real shame folk don't dress up any more.. you girls should wear lots more hats and things for starters!! (Ok, not the crappy pink pressed plastic cowboy hats on Hen do's!) :D:D

nowt wrong with a good cowboy hat!
i wore a big hat for the races at Chester last year, felt a right silly arse walking out the house with it on but once we got there it was great.
I did my daughters and her friends Fascinators for Aintree ladies day this year and they all looked fab

No indeed..! just as long as it's "Good"!! :D:D:D
I know you cant all walk round Sainsburys looking like Audrey Hepburn, but nice hats shouldn't just be for weddings

Er excuse me and WHY can't we all walk around looking like Audrey Hepburn all the time? I have indeed stood outside Tiffanys in New York and drooled lots! ;)
Anyway, thanks gbell for the fascinator advice -think I might try a few on in the local shops to get more of an idea of what exactly I'm looking for and then get back to you if that makes sense and is ok with you?

Hi I have just made a fascinators with 3 pheasant feathers in royal blue and a vintage style centre piece. I can also get the feathers in purple its a really simple design and very comfortable it seems to suit everyone and looks very classy on all ages.
If you are interested I could send a photo.
